Insurance & Fees

We are a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Please mention in our initial consultation if you would like to use your insurance or have concerns about your insurance plan.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • What do I owe once my deductible is met?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year?  

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?  

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • Do you need a receipt as proof of the services I am obtaining?

Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please mention this in your initial consultation call to see if this is a possibility before we start working together.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  Payment is due at the time that services are provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 business hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
